STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website before registering. When becoming a client of Saltt Pty Ltd, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on our website. 

  • Saltt Pty Ltd is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. Baskets for your belongings are provided upon request.

  • Saltt Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries have the right to refuse entry at any time.

  • Bookings are to be made via website, phone or in studio.

  • Saltt Pty Ltd is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for appointments that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

  • Prepayment or deposit must be made upon booking a service at Saltt and full payment shall be made for treatments administered at the time of service.

  • You understand that there is no guarantee with medical procedures and it is not possible for Saltt Pty Ltd to refund treatment costs. To the best of our ability, Saltt Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries will aim to provide the best aesthetic outcome, however there are no guaranteed outcomes and results do vary from patient to patient.

  • You acknowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. Saltt Pty Ltd is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.

  • Saltt Pty Ltd is not liable for health claims or benefits discussed on websites or social media.

  • By booking any service at Saltt, you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Should you need to make any changes to your booking, Saltt Pty Ltd ask that you respectfully allow a minimum of 48hrs notice to reschedule.

  • In the event that you do not attend or ‘no show’ to your scheduled appointment, Saltt reserves the right to forfeit the session or charge at the full rate. 

  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be held liable and charged an hourly rate for the duration of your appointment time.

  • Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRICING 

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices, products and offers include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice and may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

Saltt Pty Ltd does not offer refunds for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers may be purchased online or in studio and are automatically valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, however this may be extended. Gift Cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Saltt Pty Ltd does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final. We accept no responsibility if a card or voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
